I offer private singing lessons for people who want to explore their voice, build their technique and sing with greater confidence. Whether you are beginning, returning to singing or preparing for the stage, we work from your voice and your goals.
Voice, music and expression
Lessons bring together breathing, vocal technique, musical phrasing and interpretation. We work on the connection between the words and the music, so that technique supports what you want to express.
Singing for actors
A song is also a scene. For actors and theatre students, our work connects singing with character, text and dramatic intention. We can focus on a particular song, explore repertoire or prepare a piece for an audition.
Experience from the classroom and the stage
Alongside my performing career as a baritone, I teach singing at REDUTA Berlin, the school for theatre and film, and at the Musik- und Kunstschule Berlin | Atelier der Sinne. My training at the Juilliard School and the Academy of Vocal Arts, together with my work in opera and concert, informs my teaching.
